Ah! So I finally saw Confessions of a Shopaholic, and I loved it. I definitely recommend it. Usually, I'm someone who hates it when the movie doesn't resemble the book at all, but even though this was definitely a different plot, it had the same spirit and lovable quality of Sophie Kinsella's books. Isla Fischer IS Becky Bloomwood. And sure Hugh Dancy is definitely not anything like Luke Brandon, he plays his character well, and I fall in love with him as much as I did Luke. The only thing I want to say though is: PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE read the books! They're amazing in their own right. (PS: Check out her other books too, she's a hilarious writer)

I haven't read the books but I plan on seeing the film, it looks quite funny.
i'm dying to read the books after seeing the movie! i definitely share her love of shopping :)
