i've wanted to try it myself
after countless, useless diy how-tos
i just took scissors and went to work
it was on a tank i didn't like or wear
so i think i'd like to try it on a slouchier one next time.
1. get scissors & tank
2. just start cutting straight lines
3. keep it random
4. cut off the bottom hem (optional)
