Hm... so I'm foreseeing the whole month of April as a huge month of chaos of school, work, SAT prep class, and homework... SO I'm feeling my posting is possibly going to suffer. Huh, well c'est la vie.
I'm feeling a bit lazy lately (I'm blaming it on jetlag), so I thought I'd do a small post on the new, interesting things going on my life (or the lives I read about...)
1) Analeigh Tipton
My favorite model is currently trying to find work (Um hello, look at her, people! What are you doing-twittling your thumbs over experienced crackheads?!) She's got a blog now! And she's proving herself to be quite inspirational (as she did on the show) and funny. Here's a headshot she's considering. Note: She has no make up on. Hm... Nope not born with those kind of genes, to the blush for me =)
2) Leighton Meester
Another one of her songs is released: "Birthday." It's another remake, and I think she sounds wonderful as she always does. I want this album that's "almost done" and hopefully some original songs... Until then "Bette Davis Eyes" and "Birthday" will have to sustain me... Sigh And Gossip Girl, what is up with this mini hiatus?!
3) I do read actual books sometimes....
I just finished a very funny book, Pants on Fire. It is obviously a teen lit book and very, very light. But Meg Cabot is a funny lady and my friend lent it to me. I'm also in the middle of The Great Gatsby and loving it. I love Fitzgerald's writing style... Very blunt, but also poetic (kind of like Salinger and Hemingway, I think.) Mm and started Chasing Harry Winston by the lady who wrote Devil Wears Prada. Too early to make any opinions just yet. Ah and I read Huck Finn for school. A delightful book, and sweet in a way. Tom Sawyer is quite incorrigible and I love Jim.
4) 3oh!3...
has possibly written THE funniest song I have ever heard. It's forever stuck in my head. Don't Trust Me
5) Photo Op
I kind of took a prettyish picture =) My photography skills are getting better...
6) "Best Days of Your Life"
Kellie Pickler (and Taylor Swift!) looks gorgeous in her new music video. And it's pretty hilarious. As is Lady Antebellum's "Lookin' For a Good Time" and Heidi Newfield's "Johnny & June." Yes, I've got country fever, and it is possibly because I associate country with summer, and there is nothing I want more right now than the looong, dog days of July.
Uhh, it's nearly 11. School tomorrow. Summer soon!

Me and my friends wanted Analeigh to win. I swear the ones that win are always butt ugly. Mckey or whatever was thw worst.
I had no idea Leighton Meester could sing - I have to check more of that out.
I don't think travelling to many different countries is no big deal, but Sweden is Norway's neighbouring country, and I was also there for work so perhaps that wasn't so much of a big deal to me. And I went to Israel to see my boyfriend. I didn't mean to come off as aloof, if I did.
Omgosh my favorite was Analeigh too!! I was so pissed when she didn't win, although I like McKey and think she is a great model. After the season with Jaslene I kinda stopped watching actually... it just isn't the same ya know?
Great blog =)
BTW the link to her blog doesn't work.
That girl is gorgeous, was she on ANTM? I love Leighton Meester too, xo
analeigh is so beautiful! she was my favorite on that season.
on a side note. i'm pretty obsessed with country music as well. Whenever "Best Days of Your Life" comes on I secretly dedicate it to my ex-boyfriend:)
Ah I love leighton. She's perfect as blair ;)
You're gorgeous!
Thanks for sharing Analeigh's blog! I only managed to watch several episodes of that ANTM season, but she was definitely one of my faves.
I read your comment at Tea with BG. I've seen Romantic Princess and a load of other Taiwanese dramas. I started Hana Kimi but never finished it.
I want to watch Australia. Nicole Kidman is probably one of my favorite actresses of all times. (And in my opinion, the best!)
hmm not sure about leightons singing...
great blog
